Work was being completed and delivered day in, day out, but confirming that every job had made it through to invoicing was difficult. The business needed a way to surface completed work, compare it with invoicing activity and protect existing operational systems from disruption.

The resulting system connects order, delivery and invoice context so finance, project management and operations can see what is relevant to their role. It was designed to work alongside existing infrastructure rather than forcing a disruptive replacement.
The outcome
The system matches work delivered against work invoiced, exposes jobs that have not been billed and shows who needs to act on them. What had required manual checking across fragmented records is now visible and searchable in one place.
