This notice explains how Abyshire Technology Ltd handles information you provide when you contact us, apply to our partner programme or discuss a potential project.

Information we collect
When you make an enquiry, we may collect your name, organisation, email address, phone number, project details and any information you choose to include in your message. When you apply to the affiliate and partner programme, we also collect information about your business, website and the audience or network you reach.
How we use it and our lawful basis
We use this information to respond to you, assess whether we can help, prepare proposals, assess partner applications and manage early client and partner communication. Our lawful basis is legitimate interests (responding to enquiries you have chosen to send us) and, where we go on to work together, taking steps to enter into a contract.
Cookies and analytics
With your consent, this website uses Microsoft Clarity and Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use the site: which pages are read, how people move through them and where the site could be clearer.
